Israel intercepts weapons ship heading for Egypt

Hahahaha...
Well this is a promising start.
well, I agree we should take care of our problems first like canceling the gas supply to Israel which makes us lose billions of dollars, I think this should be a priority after the political stability of the country.
It must be an economical miracle to talk about the lose of billions of dollars and stability in the same breath.
ِAnd like building Sinai, investing there and attracting a good section of the Egyptian people to move there and procreate! ;)
Well there's an irony for Israeli ears.
ever since we've started our extensive vacation seasons in Sinai, the only thing we've been hearing from the local Bedouins is how much they miss the security we've provided for them under Israeli authority.
Egypt's soft power should return to life after the stupid submissive regime have weakened it. The issues of Gaza and Israel are issues of national security so hell yeah we should have an important role in the scene, moreover in directing the scene.
Evidently a great portion of your military men disagree, they considered it such a concern for their national security that they have enforced a blockade on the strip from their side of the border. where they have targeted Palestinian smugglers and potential Lebanese and Iranians smugglers.

It's worthy to mention, after the recent events in Egypt, Israel must know that fortress of injustice and oppression can never last forever, and the time of its collapse will come no matter what.
Oh the irony.
this is exactly what you. yes you, the Arabs are experiencing right now. all your fortresses of injustice are collapsing all over you. in Tripoli, in Tunis, Cairo, and the other Arab countries.
and yet, you cannot contain yourself from squeaking about an Israeli government.
Honey. the Israeli government seems to be the only government who has stood the test of time in our region.
if there is one thing which is stable in our region. it is the Israeli government.
We have seen how what we thought was strong, is actually weak and whom we thought weak, are actually strong by the will of Allah
Your religion seems to demand that you will trust your Allah without proving yourself worthy of his attention.
our religion teaches us that we must work to create the policies that we desire, and the realities that we wish for. and still god would not be moved in the slightest.
If your own governments are collapsing all over, for the second time. how less will your Allah have time for managing the Israelis.

Oh, it's interesting how the idea of conducting fair elections in Egypt terrifies Israel.
We are all about fair elections.
we are possibly the first nation which gave Arab women the right of vote in the middle east. we are a nation which includes all minorities in our parliament. including Arab ministers.
and we have Arabs ranking all positions in our armed forces.

Its simply. that we have yet to see such free elections from our brethern in our region.

You mean those who were part of the corrupt regime that we kicked out? ;)

You mean the Arab people are removing the authorities of oppression, injustice and submission to Israel and its allies. ;)

Hahahaha....that's why Israel was crying "Please, Mubarak don't leave us" Israel shocked by Obama's betrayal of Mubarak | Reuters
Israel shocked by US betrayal of Mubarak...how melodramatic...
Or when she was crying "Egypt, please don't halt the gas supply" Landau: Egyptian Gas Blast Means
Or crying now "Uncle Sam, please, please, do anything to keep MB from reaching the authority in Egypt"'US must keep Muslim Brothers from Egypt gov't'....this speaks volumes about how stable Israel is!!! How pathetic!!

I told you what we thought stable for years, did collapse in a few days.

Nope my religion says "change yourself and God will change your condition"; a law that we are witnessing now...the Egyptians woke up from their stillness up to shaking the throne of Mubarak and his regime which we (and Israel) thought was strong and stable and kicked out Mubarak and his gang...for the sake of all this, some of them lost their lives, some of them lost their sight, some of them lost the ability to walk and move forever but freedom has no price.

our religion teaches us that we must work to create the policies that we desire, and the realities that we wish for. and still god would not be moved in the slightest.

Oh, btw the Egyptians are going to vote, isA, freely, this next Sat...

We have seen how what we thought was strong, is actually weak and whom we thought weak, are actually strong by the will of Allah and how things that lasted for 30 and 50 years were changed upside down in a few days...these are lessons for Israel to learn...but it's actually good that it doesn't comprehend these lessons and the laws of life. We have seen how the stupidity and blindness of the ousted Egyptian regime was a main reason for making people more persistent and completing the revolution.

Oh, it's interesting how the idea of conducting fair elections in Egypt terrifies Israel.
Very very well said, dear Sahar :clap

Egypt has a long way to go to obtain internal stability after the elections, It has to get its proposed new house in order before it starts to argue with its neighbors.

There is still so much thats is still proposed and promised that must materialize into fact. I am surprised that some Egyptians are interested in conflict with Israel when their first priority should be Egypt itself.

Don't be daft, taking vengeance on those people who physically are a part of the problem is a human reaction. It is to be expected and acknowledged as a consequence of something 'very obvious'. You wish to cease violence? No problem, stop building settlements.

Until then stop ******* and monaing while arming the other side to kill civilians and impose illegal terms. America has been for years trying and testing new ordinance vis a vis Israel and Mossad, shaping its own handeling of urban "terrorism".

One thing that is moronic is we keep hearing the Palastinians are short of this and that and what do they smuggle, check out the Brains on Hamas, they smuggle weapons, sad really.
What is sad is that an assault rifle is the only way to fight for oneself and for one's country. What is moronic is that you are talking about weapons smuggled into Gaza while the titans of the weapons industry incessantly supply Israel with heaps of weaponry.

Quite obviously it is useless. Then again everything in Palestine is useless; the leadership is useless, the 'peace process' is useless, and fighting back is useless. Imparting some measure of pain on those that impose it is gratifying in a sea of despair and has checked Israel's enthusiasm for settlements in the past.

It's called divide and conquer. we have a leverage over Fatah.
It quite clearly is, but then again I wouldn't expect anyone else but you to know and acknowledge it so.

What is interesting that prospects of protests could have motivated Abbas to seek "reconciliation" with Hamas.

He states that he has no intention for continuing to run for presidency and elections in six months. This is odd because elections cannot resume unless Gaza and the West Bank reconcile, perhaps a time line. Or perhaps another excuse to impose his authority on Palestine.

Abbas ready for 'reconciliation' with Hamas - Middle East - Al Jazeera English

Either way it is clear that the first step is to reunite Palestinians.

Dafter still is taking a route that obviously doesn't work, having a charter that excludes negotiation is also daft,to cease violence would be a great step in the right direction,to stop settlements the People of Palestine need to unite and get to the negotiating table and establish a state with defined borders then the settlements will stop.

This is sad BBC News - Two Palestinians killed at Gaza-Israel border and pointless, there is no possible gain here at all,it serves no purpose, anyone with an iota of Military knowledge would know this.
