I've noticed that when ever I disagree with a Jew online, they accuse me of being anti semitic, which tells me anti semitism is not that big of a deal at all if its so cheaply bandied around

It's not just Jews, but also many Christians & conservatives
leaping to the stale & perfunctory old barb, "Anti-Semite!".
Odd it is that they favor genocide of non-Jewish Semitic
people, ie, Palestinians. It appears that Muslim lives have
no value to them.

You had asked a rhetorical question about treating Palestinians and Hamas as one and the same. I was making the comment that in the threads here this has been commonplace among the supporters of Israel's strategy, as I wasn't sure how much you'd been following them (they aren't fun).

Actually, I have not found that attitude to be characteristic. Far more common, in my opinion, is an inexplicable disregard for the Palestinian population at large, endorsing instead Netanyahu's "whatever it takes" response to the barbaric October 7th pogrom.

for me, I'll sometimes use DuckDuckGo.
