Yes it really really is relevant.
I don't know that it happened, but it fits the methods used by the Palestinians. If true, then they are the ones who are attacking the medics.

We know what happened, there's video footage and indepent reporting. There were no "Palestinian snipers", just Israeli ones. Who shot clearly identifiable medical personnel, among others.
