Honestly, if you were Palestinian, why wouldn't you want to destroy Israel after how terribly Israel had treated Palestinians, The Zionists have some nerve, they invade a region, and then oppress the natives, and claim they have a right to be there and the natives do not, its sheer lunacy on the Zionists part, they do not deserve a country, they had their chance to be good neighbors and they blew it, big time. If they do not reform their behaviour to the natives, they may well lose the country they know today. That's how karma works.

Certainly. And Israel should withdraw its settlements on the West Bank. Netanyahu should resign or be defeated. Abbas should do the same. The Palestinian media should cease to deny Israel's right to exist. Israel should not meet rocks with bullets. Hamas and/or others should not throw Molotovs.

What should Israel do? What would be the morally correct action?

Above all else, withdraw its settlements on the West Bank. Second, end its occupation of the same.

The Palestinian side, above all else, needs to recognize Israel's right to exist.
