I know where you are coming from. however, some of the things they air on Egyptian TV channels can be even more crazy and yes, hateful than this.
it is just the facts.
for example TV shows in the spirit of the Iranian holocaust conference, and other examples. there are other TV programs which paint the Jews as stereotypical enemies of God and the prophets, etc.
so the phenomenon does exist. which might explain why this specific TV station chose to air this specific story. or it may not.

The owner of that news channel is a Saudi prince and it is not broadcasted from Egypt anyway.. I searched about this woman and got some interesting info

Naglaa El Emam, a lawyer and head of a human rights organization, was first seen on TV claiming to be Noha Roshdy's lawyer when sexual harasser Sherif Gommaa was sentenced to three years behind bars, hard labor, and was also ordered to pay 5,001 Egyptian pounds fine to Noha Roshdy Saleh for groping her in the street.
This is the same Naglaa El Emam who decided to appeal in favor of the harasser Sherif Gommaa after she found out that Noha Roshdy was born in Jaffa and carries an Israeli passport.
We are still talking about the same Naglaa El Emam who invited Arab youth to sexually harass and rape Israeli women as a form of resistance.

Naglaa El Emam made headlines again when she converted to Christianity and changed her name to Catherine.

She only seeks fame and the irresponsible Media helped her out to achieve her goal!
