Here's the first section of the 14th Amendment.

Note that it says "All persons born ... in the United States". All. No proviso concerning what status their parents have.
Well then the parents gets deported back unless they of course they want to leave the baby here.

See the problem with anchor baby?

So what? The key term is illegal.

Deport them until they learn to enter the right way.
You must be oblivious that there's a thing called due process under the law. Even those who are in the USA without doing paperwork have due process as human beings. Even if the rare case of them committing a crime they have due process. And we can't just deport without the destination country accepting them. You're so concerned with them being here "illegally" but oblivious that laws govern how to process and deport them. Can't have it both ways. Maybe it's just racism?

You seem to want a lawless system. But laws exist, they have to be followed.

Republican are hypocrites. They portray themselves as the party of the family yet have no qualms about tearing them apart by deporting undocumented immigrant spouses and parents of US citizens.

Hell, Trump has said he wants to end citizenship of children born in the US to undocumented immigrant parents despite what the 14th Amendment to the Constitution says.
Illegal immigration separates more families than the deportations would. It is the promoters of illegal immigration that are the hypocrites.

No, I see a problem with inhumane right wing extremism. No wonder your party no longer calls itself the "party of family values".
Maybe you should look at rent a baby that's what a lot of illegals do. They rent children from cartels to make fake families. There is also the issue of having families DNA tested to see if they are genuine families or not.

Bottom line if the parents are illegal they need to be shipped back. If the baby is legal well maybe the baby will go back with the parents and return later on when that person is grown up.

There's also adoption options , but the bottom line is if the parents are illegal, they going to go back to the country where they came from with or without the baby. It's up to them as it stands as I see it.

Sounds like a typical right wing lie. And like usual you offer no evidence.

And it's is irrelevant to your insensitivity to families just because they jave paperwork issues.

Why not fix their paperwork if they are good people? Why the extremist attitude?

So now that the baby is born you don't care about its rights?

Anti-choice folks assume the fetus wants to be born, but you won't assume the baby wants to live in the country its a citizen of?

Why not just fix the paperwork? Less damage to the family, who are human beings. It's as if you want to inflict as much pain and agony on these people. Or does that not matter since they aren't white?

That's to address the anchor baby issue that has been plaguing this country for a very long time.

Honestly I have mixed feelings about it , but understand something needs to be done to stop the abuse by illegals trying to subvert the system.

The 14th Amendment deals with legitimate citizens, not law breaking illegals first and foremost.
Being born isn't a crime.
