So, it'd be nice, like other debate threads to have certain keywords explained defined if there is any desire for a debate. Such as:

- what makes for physical security (of anyone, or especially women)?
- what criteria is used to determine danger / dangerous areas?
- who is measuring this stuff, and how recent is the data?
- why the emphasis on Muslim world?

I'll just note that as an American, who's often heard of 'rape culture' in my own country, it's nice to see a chart that says (all) women are physically secure within 2000 miles of me going in any direction.
