I believe some of what is in the Bible but not all of it, and what I do believe I interpret differently than Christians. So why do you talk about JWs when what you don't really believe in is the Bible?

PD: Why are you flooding the topic with issues that have nothing to do with the thread ... which is "living forever in a wonderful new earth where peace and happiness will be ... wonderful"?The angel told Daniel:
Dan. 12:13 “But as for you, go on to the end. You will rest, but you will stand up for your lot at the end of the days.”
Do you think Daniel should not trust the angel's words? Do you think something like that can happen to you too?

Let me put it this way--I don't know what Bahaullah says about the future, but from what I see and understand, it makes sense to me that God is concerned about the misery on this earth and will make all things better.Do you think that the idea of living forever in a wonderful new earth where peace and happiness will be is wonderful even if it is false?
Do you want to believe things that are false, things that are in no way supported by the Bible, just because they feel good?
What do you think is going to happen after you die and realize that belief was not true?
feel good things like ..................going to heaven ?Do you think that the idea of living forever in a wonderful new earth where peace and happiness will be is wonderful even if it is false?

That angel's promise to Daniel has absolutely nothing to do with his future resurrection on earth.Do you think the angel's promise to Daniel has nothing to do with his future resurrection on earth?
It was not ME who started talking about this topic. #1,465PD: Why are you flooding the topic with issues that have nothing to do with the thread ...
There will be a wonderful new earth, but nobody is going to live forever on a wonderful new earth.which is "living forever in a wonderful new earth where peace and happiness will be ... wonderful"?

That is why the Bible promises. The Father's house is in heaven, not on earth.feel good things like ..................going to heaven ?
I already explained what those verses were about. So, what do you "think" the angel meant when he said this to Daniel?
I didn't ask you about the whole chapter ... I don't think that is necessary at all to undertsand what the angel told Daniel in Dan. 12:13. That was a personal hope to Daniel. That angel's promise to Daniel has absolutely nothing to do with his future resurrection on earth.
I already explained what those verses were about.
Daniel Chapter 12
9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
13 But go thou thy way till the end be; for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.
Daniel12:13 says "at the end of the days.”
This chapter is about what will happen at the end of the days, which is the end of the age, when Christ returns.
... as your "angels"?There will be a wonderful new earth, but nobody is going to live forever on a wonderful new earth.
When people die they go to a spiritual worlds,
However, the Bible says that the earth was created to be inhabited in Isaiah 45:18. It also says that God's purpose is never left unfulfilled (Isaiah 55:8-11).which will be more wonderful than anything on earth.

[ The New Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God. ]
NSB(i) I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. There was no more sea. 2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 Then I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying: »Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men. He will dwell with them and they will be his people! God will be with them, and be their God. 4 »God will wipe away all tears from their eyes. There will be no more death. There will be no more sorrow nor crying. There will be no more pain! The former things have passed away.« -Revelation 21:1-4

The Bible has all these inspired words, this is a teaching in the Bible. [ scripture only scripture ]
I'll catch you tomorrow. It is way past my bedtime!I didn't ask you about the whole chapter ... I don't think that is necessary at all to undertsand what the angel told Daniel in Dan. 12:13. That was a personal hope to Daniel.
Actually, if I am not wrong, Bahais believe that angels are dead humans, which is totally different of what the Bible teaches (Job 38:4,7).
... as your "angels"?
However, the Bible says that the earth was created to be inhabited in Isaiah 45:18. It also says that God's purpose is never left unfulfilled (Isaiah 55:8-11).
Actually, there are dozens of biblical texts giving hope to many people about living on earth after their resurrection (John 11:23,24). No worshiper of Jehovah God who died before Jesus' death knew about a kingdom on heaven, and no even John the Baptist will be part of it (Matt. 11:11).
I understand that you don't believe in Jesus' words or in some things in the Bible ... but what makes you think Baha Ullah's teachings are more reliable than what it says?
*Sigh*The meek people who will inherit the new earth are the people who will be living on earth at that time, and future generations of living people.
Good point.feel good things like ..................going to heaven ?
That verse has many different translations. For example:I didn't ask you about the whole chapter ... I don't think that is necessary at all to undertsand what the angel told Daniel in Dan. 12:13. That was a personal hope to Daniel.
I am not seeing anything in the verses you cited that say what the Bible teaches about angels. What do you think angels are?Actually, if I am not wrong, Bahais believe that angels are dead humans, which is totally different of what the Bible teaches (Job 38:4,7).
When people die they go to the spiritual world (heaven), some of those people will be angels, if while on earth they fit the description of angels according to the passage above.... as your "angels"?
Isaiah 45:18 For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else. However, the Bible says that the earth was created to be inhabited in Isaiah 45:18.
Isaiah 55It also says that God's purpose is never left unfulfilled (Isaiah 55:8-11).
I do not see how those verses that you cited say that people will live on earth after they die physically and are resurrected.Actually, there are dozens of biblical texts giving hope to many people about living on earth after their resurrection (John 11:23,24). No worshiper of Jehovah God who died before Jesus' death knew about a kingdom on heaven, and no even John the Baptist will be part of it (Matt. 11:11).
The Writings of Baha'u'llah are more reliable than the Bible because He penned them in His own hand, so we know He wrote them.I understand that you don't believe in Jesus' words or in some things in the Bible ... but what makes you think Baha Ullah's teachings are more reliable than what it says?
Proverbs 2
Yes, I find them valuable and trustworthy, although that can have many different interpretations, so they can mean various things. These words are written down in the Bible, Don't you feel that makes them valuable and trustworthy? [ Scripture only no interpretation ]
