Jesus is not god

Jesus is the Word of God. Was God's Word speaking in the Old Testament? Think about it.

If by word you mean Jesus, - absolutely NOT.

In this story Jesus is claiming to be the Messiah, The awaited EXPRESSED LAW/word of God, - not God, or part of God, - whom obviously didn't arrive during the writing of Tanakh times, and according to the Jews, still hasn't arrived.

We are told Jesus is a Special one type/first of a kind - the Messiah, - sent to bring the END Times, and Final Judgment. This would make him a First, and a Last.

He expresses the word, as he teaches it, toward an end goal. He is not actually - The Word. This has been explained very well by several other people.

You are badly mistaken.

Jesus' name is the Word of God.

And I, and a lot of other people, don't agree with that translation.

According to what sources?

And what do you even mean jesus is the word of God? Jesus isn't made of words--he's a human being. Now if you say jesus speaks the word of God that makes more sense. But speaking the word of God doesn't mean he is God, and really speaking the word of God is only his allegation anyways.

The dialog will remain-without results-
But the fact remains the same-.

The teachings of Christguide you toGod
And follows the teachings of Jesus
In fact itfollows theteachings ofGodalso
And if Jesus is God
Oris the word of God

The SCRIPTURE SAYS Jesus is the Word of God...and that his NAME is the Word of God.

If you want to know if what Jesus says in the Holy Bible is true or not, there is a way you can find out, it is the only way to find out. Jesus tells us what we must do to find out.
Jesus says the way to know is to get his teachings and do what he says. See John 7:17.

As for other gods and goddesses---

Satan and his angels were thrown down to earth. Satan knew the Messiah would come, and he made many copy-cat messiahs/gods, before Jesus came to earth in the flesh. When Satan came to earth, he made copy-cat stories, and promoted gods of stone and wood. These ‘gods’ are really demons, and believing in these gods is the worship of demons.

Many nations have these demonic gods. In Egypt, Isis is a goddess worshipped, as is her consort, the sun god Ra. Isis is the mother of many gods. She also had a son, Horus, who was called divine. One can study about the Norse Gods — Odin, Thor, Balder, Frey, Freya, and Loki; and, Hindu gods, and Greek gods.

We see in the Bible where people worshiped goat and calf idols. In the book of Ezekiel we read about the image of jealousy set up at the gate of the altar Ezekiel 8:5, and 6, to provoke God of Israel to anger.

1 Corinthians 10:20 No, but the sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to God, and I do not want you to be participants with demons.

Numbers is not talking about specifically being human, It's talking about human nature, Our fallibility.
And Jesus never sinned so.... I'd say that verse still holds true.
God made Jesus to be sin for us.
(2 Cor 5:21 KJV) For he ( God) hath made him ( Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him ( Jesus ) .

The SCRIPTURE SAYS Jesus is the Word of God...and that his NAME is the Word of God.
The name of God-Elohim is YHWH-YaH and not Jesus.

(John 20:17 KJV) Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

Jesus as a Jew said Shema twice a day nd please notice that Jesus said OUR God.when saying Shema twice daily.
.
(Deu 6:4 KJV) Hear, O Israel: YHWH-YaH our Elohim-God is one YHWH-YaH.

(Mark 12:29 KJV) And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; YHWH-YaH our Elohim-God is one YHWH-YaH:

Jesus the son of Mary said Shema twice a day from his youth until his death on a cross where God made Jesus to be sin for us.. :

I tend to think of Jesus as a god-realized/awakened man, whose followers may not have entirely understood how to interpret that because this kind of mysticism was so foreign to the first century Roman world.

As for Jesus being the Word: does the Bible indeed say Jesus is God's Word? To me John seems to agree with the Quran- the word became flesh, which means the word God spoke to create Jesus, created him.

Jesus is God come as a Son of Man. He did not pretend to be a Man, He really came as a Man.

Jesus as a Jew said Shema twice a day nd please notice that Jesus said OUR God.when saying Shema twice daily.

I believe that you are speaking of the Talmud religions practices. The Talmud goes against Jesus Christ, and it preaches many things not from God.

In Deuteronomy 6, we are told to teach God's commands daily, not recite a repeated mantra twice a day.

Please don't make up things about Jesus. Give scripture from the Holy Bible.

God made Jesus to be sin for us.
(2 Cor 5:21 KJV) For he ( God) hath made him ( Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him ( Jesus ) .
Jesus was sinless.

Jesus became sin. Jesus became sin and died on the cross. When Jesus died all sins died. All sins are gone for those who believe. We have to have faith in Jesus' blood taking away all our sins.
When we come to Jesus, and all our sins are taken away...we are to live our new life---living up to the fact that we are without sin. In other words, we are to live our life not sinning anymore.
Philippians 3:16 Only let us live up to what we have already attained.

Through Jesus’ death we are reconciled to God. See Romans 5:10.
Jesus appeared so that he might take away our sins. See 1 John 3:5.
God sent his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. See Romans 8:3.
An offering for the sins of His people. See Hebrews 10:5.
The LORD has made his life a sacrifice for our wrongdoings. See Isaiah 53:10.
It was the LORD’s will to crush him with suffering. See Isaiah 53:10.
He was made sin because the sins of His people were transferred to Jesus, and in like manner, the believer is made “the righteousness of God.” See 2 Corinthians 5:25.
Christ, who knew no sin of his own became sin for believers, so they, who have no righteousness of their own, are made the righteousness of God through Jesus. See 2 Corinthians 5:21.
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24.
Through the sacrifice of Jesus, he gives to all those that come to him freedom from the guilt, power, and punishment of sin. See Hebrews 10:4; 1 Corinthians 15:56; See 2 Peter 2:9.
Through Jesus, we have grace from God and love. Jesus puts us into perfect holiness, joy, and fellowship with himself and the Father. See Hebrews 10:10; Hebrews 1:9; 2 Corinthians 13:14.
“And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. See Hebrews 10:17.

Please don't make up things about Jesus. Give scripture from the Holy Bible.

They are not making anything up..
The problem is twofold:

1. You interpret the Bible according to your belief .. others have other perfectly valid beliefs

2. You see the Bible as an unerring text, whereas although it contains truth, it can be misleading .. particularly if you try to take it literally

...

I have done that in the past, before I was blessed with understanding the Qur'an..
Believe me .. trying to follow everything it contains is nigh on impossible! :)

Sin does not die but it is appointed unto man once to die. Mortal men die once. Jesus died once and was resurrected but the spirit Christ never died.

(Heb 9:27 KJV) And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

God-Elohim for a reason made Jesus to be sin for us.
(2 Cor 5:21 KJV) For he ( YHWH-YaH) hath made him (Yehoshua) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God-Elohim in him ( Yehoshua)

Our faith is in the faith of Christ that Jesus was that anointed-Christ
Our faith that cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God is the scriptural faith that it is the faith of Christ that saves us.
(Phil 3:9 KJV) And be found in him ( Christ/in the anointing) , not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

YHWH-YaH anointed-christened Jesus at about 30 years of age.
(Luke 3:22 KJV) And the Holy Ghost G4151 ( Christ's spirit ) descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him ( Jesus) , and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

(Luke 3:23 KJV) And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,

At about age 30 Jesus begins to learn obedience by the things he suffered but up until age 30 Jesus was like a child before the age of reasoning knows no sin. Jesus after age 30 being tempted did not sin.because of the anointing spirit of Christ in him.

(Heb 2:18 KJV) For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

(Heb 5:8 KJV) Though he ( Yehoshua) were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he ( Yehoshua) suffered;

(Heb 5:9 KJV) And being made perfect, he ( Yehoshua) became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him ( Yehoshua);

(Heb 5:10 KJV) Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

There is no longer an Aaronic priesthood.

Jesus of Nazareth was put by God into the order of Melchisedec's spirit Christ the anointed priesthood; because Jesus was anointed-christened as that Christ-messias, we also are now in the royal priesthood that has changed no longer being the anointed-Christened Aaronic earthly priesthood..

The anointing occurred when Jesus was about 30 years of age.
(Luke 4:18 KJV) The Spirit of YHWH-YaH is upon me (Jesus) , because He ( YHWH-YaH) hath anointed (christened) me ( Jesus) to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me ( Jesus) to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, (Luke 4:19 KJV) To preach the acceptable year of YHWH-YaH.

YHWH-YaH makes Jesus of Nazareth a priest forever.
(Heb 5:6 KJV) As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec
God made Jesus to be sin for us and God made Jesus a priest forever so that we with Jesus could he a royal prieshood a holy nation.

YHWH-YaH said in Exo 4:22 that the nation Israel was His Firstborn Son.
(Exo 4:22 KJV) And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:

.From Heaven Jesus speaks Hebrew from heaven to Paul on earth.

(Acts 22:8 KJV) And I answered, Who art thou, master? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecutest.
(Acts 26:14 KJV) And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

Lively Stones built upon that Rock Christ the image of God-Elohim

(1 Pet 2:5 KJV) Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God-Elohim by Jesus Christ.

(1 Pet 2:9 KJV) But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

(2 Cor 4:4 KJV) In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Please qupte the bible passage. I'd like to remind you that a person cannot consist of words. That makes no sense. His name isn't the word of God, its Jesus obviously. Jesus is one word, and the word of God is three words.

Jesus is the only one who has seen God, and, Jesus is the only one who has made God known to us. God is invisible and lives in unapproachable light. Jesus is God made visible...with a body, and Jesus is God's voice; in the Old Testament and the New Testament.
