Jesus was sinless.
Jesus became sin. Jesus became sin and died on the cross. When Jesus died all sins died. All sins are gone for those who believe. We have to have faith in Jesus' blood taking away all our sins.
When we come to Jesus, and all our sins are taken away...we are to live our new life---living up to the fact that we are without sin. In other words, we are to live our life not sinning anymore.
Philippians 3:16 Only let us live up to what we have already attained.
Through Jesus’ death we are reconciled to God. See Romans 5:10.
Jesus appeared so that he might take away our sins. See 1 John 3:5.
God sent his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. See Romans 8:3.
An offering for the sins of His people. See Hebrews 10:5.
The LORD has made his life a sacrifice for our wrongdoings. See Isaiah 53:10.
It was the LORD’s will to crush him with suffering. See Isaiah 53:10.
He was made sin because the sins of His people were transferred to Jesus, and in like manner, the believer is made “the righteousness of God.” See 2 Corinthians 5:25.
Christ, who knew no sin of his own became sin for believers, so they, who have no righteousness of their own, are made the righteousness of God through Jesus. See 2 Corinthians 5:21.
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24.
Through the sacrifice of Jesus, he gives to all those that come to him freedom from the guilt, power, and punishment of sin. See Hebrews 10:4; 1 Corinthians 15:56; See 2 Peter 2:9.
Through Jesus, we have grace from God and love. Jesus puts us into perfect holiness, joy, and fellowship with himself and the Father. See Hebrews 10:10; Hebrews 1:9; 2 Corinthians 13:14.
“And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. See Hebrews 10:17.
Sin does not die but it is appointed unto man once to die. Mortal men die once. Jesus died once and was resurrected but the spirit Christ never died.
(Heb 9:27 KJV) And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
God-Elohim for a reason made Jesus to be sin for us.
(2 Cor 5:21 KJV) For he ( YHWH-YaH) hath made him (Yehoshua) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God-Elohim in him ( Yehoshua)
Our faith is in the faith of Christ that Jesus was that anointed-Christ
Our faith that cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God is the scriptural faith that it is the faith of Christ that saves us.

that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
YHWH-YaH anointed-christened Jesus at about 30 years of age.

At about age 30 Jesus begins to learn obedience by the things he suffered but
up until age 30 Jesus was like a child before the age of reasoning knows no sin. Jesus after age 30 being tempted did not sin.because of the anointing spirit of Christ in him.
(Heb 2:18 KJV) For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
(Heb 5:8 KJV) Though he ( Yehoshua) were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he ( Yehoshua) suffered;

(Heb 5:10 KJV) Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.
There is no longer an Aaronic priesthood.
Jesus of Nazareth was put by God into the order of Melchisedec's spirit Christ the anointed priesthood; because Jesus was anointed-christened as that Christ-messias, we also are now in the royal priesthood that has changed no longer being the anointed-Christened Aaronic earthly priesthood..
The anointing occurred when Jesus was about 30 years of age.
(Luke 4:18 KJV) The Spirit of YHWH-YaH is upon me (Jesus) , because He ( YHWH-YaH) hath anointed (christened) me ( Jesus) to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me ( Jesus) to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, (Luke 4:19 KJV) To preach the acceptable year of YHWH-YaH.
YHWH-YaH makes Jesus of Nazareth a priest forever.

God made Jesus to be sin for us and God made Jesus a priest forever so that we with Jesus could he a royal prieshood a holy nation.
YHWH-YaH said in Exo 4:22 that the nation Israel was His Firstborn Son.
