This is has been debunked time and time again. No, there's no real similarities between Jesus and Horus, or any of the other pagan gods. Jay's link is a good one.

Having studied both the Bible and Egyptian monuments, I can tell you there are no similarities beyond the almost universal belief in afterlife (even Neoliths believed in it).

I have a nearly full collection of Egyptian writings. If you can, give me a reference to the Horus legend you find similar and I'll post a full text translation here from a qualified Egyptologist. We can let everyone judge for themselves.
