Jewish, confused and feel guilty

I live in Manchester UK am jewish, brought up religious, feel confused and guilty about not being religious. If someone wants to start a group like "jewish anonymous" let me know please.

you could start a thread about people's experience walking away from their respective beliefs or deconverting (the Comparative Religion sub-forum might be a good one to start it in). it might give you an oppurtunity to share, draw on other people's experiences and get some advice on how to cope with it if that is what you are looking for?

The fact that you feel 'guilt' is a Red Flag.
The Indoctrinated Mind is one of the most complete and well designed aspects of Right Hand Path faiths.
Like Pavlov's Dogs, you are brainwashed into a system of Shame for disobedience and Reward for obedience, and this system is difficult if not impossible for many to break from.

Evil religions IMO work this way . . .
