if you are asking whether those four letters in Hebrew are an actual word, then, "no."

if you are asking whether the letters convey a deeper meaning, then "yes."

English representation of the Hebrew tetragrammaton .
Yod.
Heh.
Waw.
Heh.
Common English pronunciation... Jehovah.
"He who causes to become."

Maybe we should call this space ReligiousWackoForums.com. Sorry but the shoe fits this thread. Or is it rather the thread ties this shoe?

Regardless, the original scriptures (Trademark and copyright God, all rights reserved) lack vowel points. Add vowels and you get the special covenant name of God commonly mistranslated/interpolated in English "Jehovah, Yahveh or Yahweh". Oy vey!

Sorry no one was capable or willing here to give you a straight answer. They must be too religious!

Why do you say they aren't a word?
Ancient Hebrew was written without vowels, but words were still words.

Yes, but that isn't a word. It is a set of four letters, combined to import meaning from other words. If one learns the method of conjugating verb forms in biblical Hebrew, one will see that those 4 don't create a word.

In all the16,000 or so available secular and scriptural texts from which all Bibles are translated, it's not YHWH, it is JHWH, and it means Jehovah. Like in hallelujah, the last three letters are a shortened form of Jehovah. Jah is in the Bible some 110 times, and Jehovah occurs some 7,988 times. That is, in an HONESTLY translated copy of God's word, and in all the 16,000 ancient texts. However, most English Bibles have ELIMINATED or almost eliminated all those occurrences of God's PERSONAL name, Jehovah, which He COMMANDS us to use in prayer daily. One cannot do that, if one doesn't now that the name even exists. The name literally means "causes to become", contrary to what false religion teaches. They falsely claim it means "I am". But then, they lie about everything they ever teach, and always have. That's why God calls them "false religion", and Jesus calls them "works of the flesh". God commanded us all to "flee" from them.

I agree with what has been colored in magenta.

What religion and what denomination one belongs to? Please tell us, if there is no problem.

The translation does not seem to be reasonable (colored in magenta above). Does it? Please
