I heard on the radio this morning that some are concerned about the date June 6, 2006 due to the fact that it's the 6th month of the year, on the 6th day, of the 6th year of this millinium (666). Do you feel this date has any significance? Will this date just come and go like any other day?

To me, it's just a date with no significance whatsoever.

I don't have anything scheduled in my palm pilot that day, so who knows what will happen but God himself. I try my best to be ready for NOW and not worry my head off about tommorow. But that's just me.

Do you know of any prophecy that is discussed for this day Todd?

It would be more interesting if it was the year 6666 But since it's not, I'm going to have to go with "just another day".

It has no significance.

But it may be a great excuse to throw a party.

I usually throw a birthday party for the Earth on October 22nd every year.

No not really. I'm not sure why everyone is concerned. Don't they build buildings without a 13th floor? Just remove the date from the calender. Simple.

I don't think it's a significant date either. I only heard this on the radio this morning.
I personally try not to predict dates for any event, as 99.99999% of the time, you'll be wrong . Here's what I have read over the past few minutes:

Some say that this date will be the next big terror attack on the US. I've read that it could take place on June 6th, 2006 at the Sears Tower which has a zip code of 60606.

I did do a quick search on yahoo and found this site http://www.satansrapture.com/6606.htm. Seems to go cronologically from 6-6-06 to 7-7-07 to 8-8-08 and so on as dates of importance.

The sad thing is that if nothing happens on 6-6-06, these types of sites will probably change their prediction to a different date. I've seen that quite often.

My current and most recent work locations don't have a 13th floor. In one buildling, the top floor is called the 'Penthouse', and in this 41 story tower, it goes from 12 to 14. In fact, I think most buildings skip #13 because so many people are still superstitious.

AS for 06/06/06, I will say an extra prayer that day. It's the first Tuesday back after vacation, so I need it to be a quiet day.
