I think it's a big lie to discredit him. Maybe it's time to prevent women from accusing someone without evidence.

This attitude seems to me absolutely dangerous and unhealthy. Investigations exist for a reason. If people can't charge anyone with a crime before an investigation establishes evidence for the charge, then many criminals will simply get away scot-free.
