Kamala Fights for Us!

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.

The scene was a fake
No food he did make
Just a Billionaire fraud in disguise.
Actually Trump was having a lot of fun. There were crowds around him having fun, while Harris on the other hand was mocking Christians during her rally whom had made an outburst that Jesus was lord while her jack booted storm troopers kicked them out.

I keep seeing Harris' campaign ads with people talking about how Trump fights for rich people and Kamala fights for us.

Team Trump plays an out of context video with Kamala talking about bread being up 50% and beef being up almost 50%.

Is being president about fighting? Fighting what? None of these ads address what the 'fight' is.

My disappointment in the candidates and their campaigns may lead me to write in Floyd Mayweather, since he has more fighting experience than both frontrunners.

How about you jack***es stop finger-pointing and talk about working together to fix what's broken? Until you do, neither one of you have my vote.

My take on this is that it is unlikely you'll get a politician running for office that doesn'tuse some version of: "Fighting for this issue." It's a pretty common refrain.

I don't belong to any political party, but I typically vote Democrat even if I disagree with them on some issues. I vote for them because between the two parties, they are the ones most likely to do something about climate change and support social equity issues. Kamala may not be on the side of other things I agree with and may be as guilty as any politician in how the campaign is run, but Trump:

-denies climate change and during his administration cut environmental protections

-appointed 3 supreme court justices that led to the overturning of Roe that has had not just negative but deadly consequences for women (and he may be able to appoint more given the age of some of the current ones)

-stoked what is at best a riot at the Capitol and at worse an insurrectionist with his rhetoric

-removed Obama era legislation requiring accountability on drone strikes and increased the rate of them beyond Bush and Obama combined and increased the US nuclear arsenal

There are a slew of other issues with electing Trump, but my point is this election does have consequences. Yes, politicians should be working together. Can they with Trump? Would Kamala be easier to work with?

We should be fighting for environmental and civil rights, anyway, right?
