9/11 "No Planers" - not only was it an inside job, but the planes weren't real.

LaRoucheite Anglophobia - the sun really never set on the British Empire, and the Queen is secretly controlling world events, especially in her "former" American colonies.

Lizard people - world leaders are interdimensional aliens in disguise. These aliens came here in the days of Babylon, have reptilian traits and occasionally their disguise slips.

Finally, I feel like I've heard somewhere about nuclear bomb denialism. Yep, nukes don't exist (nevermind Japan).
