yea I got it Someone in my OA meeting recommended it to get rid of carb cravings. I just took it yesterday for the first time

It does make me feel full and kind of ick at my stomach. It has not decreased my appetite for carbs but maybe it won't have to if it keeps making me feel full.

Please let us know if it works consistently. My family has a lot of unnecessary craving, and I think its going to kill some of us.

It takes a while for l glutamine to curb cravings, it helps to heal leaky gut, as inflammation diminishes so do cravings, give it time.
