Least-biased news sources

anna.

colors your eyes with what's not there
I came across a news source today I hadn't heard, called 1440.

1440

Every morning, we'd wake up to the same broken media landscape. Filler content. Talking heads. Opinions. Infotainment. But one day, instead of repeating the cycle, we started working on a solution: a comprehensive news source edited to be unbiased as humanly possible. A daily briefing—in one simple email. For more insight. And less outrage.
We're an employee-owned news source, not affiliated with any larger media outlet.

I looked it up on mediabiasfactcheck, and they give it a good score.

1440 Newsletter – Bias and Credibility

I'm gonna give them a try, because I too am tired of filler content, talking heads, opinions, and infotainment.

Anyone out there want to add their own quality sources for news?

Coming from England and being used to sky news (owned by the same guy who owns fox) and the BBC, i didn't think an unbiased news channel existed.
Moving to France we discovered France24 in English (or French) it is a breath of fresh air.

Mediabiasfactcheck gives it.

None are absolutely perfect. Some that I use, in no particular order:

C-SPAN
The Economist
Reuters
Wall Street Journal
BBC
The Associated Press
The Bureau of Investigative Journalism
Pew Research
The Financial Times
The Christian Science Monitor

Thanks for the recommendation!

Here's a media bias chart...

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Reuters

Sky News, UK
I have no respect for Reuters since the paywall they set up. It's quickly on its way to becoming bias crap imo.

I think AP is the only one that is acceptable by both left and right wings. For the moment anyways.

Al-Jazeera is actually pretty fair, all things considered.

I like The Atlantic as well. And TLDR News goes out of its way to be balanced.

I haven't heard of The Bureau of Investigative Journalism. Gonna take a look at that right now.

I've added France24 to my morning roundup. Thanks for that.
