So, politics is involved. Yes true. But the point with Trump was to expose his misdeeds to the public. The point of attacking Biden is the same as the Obama birth certificate crap, the "Swift Boat" lies, the attacks on Max Cleland - totally lies to confuse and indoctrinate the American people. Therein lies the difference.

The second time there was hope that the Republicans would be honest. This appears to be totally flipped. Where there was ample evidence of Trump's guilt in both of his impeachments there does not appear to be any evidence at all against Biden.
Please try not to make the logical fallacy of False Equivalences.

I'm sorry I still can't get over how funny it is that the last name of the guy who is doing this is literally McCarthy. If this were in a book I would have though it was too on the nose.
My impression is that there will probably be quite a number of books written about these events in the years to come.
