That depends entirely on the perceived context.
What is the price understood to be paid for that end result?
Trivially true, if Allah existed. And trivially true if any other God with a judgement day (and a hell) existed.
Honestly, if I made up a judgemental God, that is what I would write on my made up Scriptures, as well. Just for the people who do not consider it obvious already, of course.

I believe that you already living under rule of God.
You did not choose your birthday or gender,and you would not choice the day of your death.
And you would not live forever in this life.
And you can't program your body to not eat or drink or not sleep. or not sick or tired...etc.
