Just because the letter of the law didn’t specify biological males allowing access to female shower facilities doesn’t mean adding trans rights isn’t gonna result in business allowing them access. Think about it; what else could it have possibly meant? It’s not like there were a plethora of business not allowing trans people the rights everybody else enjoyed.
you said: "President Obama signed an executive order mandating transgender access to all public facilities designated to the gender of which they identify."
the order doesn't say anything like that no matter how you twist it.

Here is Obama's Executive Order
and here is the original order as amended

The pertinent section is section 2 and reads:

The contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. The contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. Such action shall include, but not be limited to the following: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship.

The contractor will, in all solicitations or advancements for employees placed by or on behalf of the contractor, state that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.

The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because such employee or applicant has inquired about, discussed, or disclosed the compensation of the employee or applicant or another employee or applicant. This provision shall not apply to instances in which an employee who has access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of such employee’s essential job functions discloses the compensation of such other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to such information, unless such disclosure is in response to a formal complaint or charge, in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or is consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information.

NOTHING about access to bathrooms or the like

I’m sure that’s what you want to believe, but that isn’t true. There are plenty of non religious people, liberal people, gay people, feminists who have a problem with biological males competing in women's sports, access to female spaces, or being locked up in women’s prisons. And because these people have these views does not make them hateful or bigots.
Please note i said many religious groups were upset about the non-discrimination policy And I can provide any number of quotes supporting that. As noted above the executive order didn't say anything about sports, prisons or bathrooms
Again; nobody reacted to the letter of the law, people reacted to the result of the law; and the result was males allowed in female spaces. My point stands.
Your claim isn't true no matter how you twist it
Prejudices is to prejudge or have preconceived views of someone. Nowhere have I done this. You’re just trying to insult me because you don’t like the points I am making. You need to be better than this.
prejudice means to have a preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.

No. I believe to say biological males should not have access to female spaces is not bigotry, even though there are many trans activists who say that it is
is this a biological male?

Yet when this was passed, business began posting biological males who identify as women are allowed in female spaces.
Please note i said many religious groups were upset about the non-discrimination policy And I can provide any number of quotes supporting that.
Unless you call restricting access of males that identify as female into female spaces; as discrimination, how exactly were trans people being discriminated against requiring such a policy to be enforced by law? It's not like you can look at someone and automatically know they're trans.
prejudice means to have a preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.
So what have I said that suggests I had preconceived opinions about people that were not based on reason or actual experience?

Evidence?

how are trans people being discriminated against???
You're kidding.

There are thousands of studies showing workplace discrimination in hiring, promotion, firing, and workplace harassment
It's not like you can look at someone and automatically know they're trans.
Yep so how do you enforce your bathroom obsession?
So what have I said that suggests I had preconceived opinions about people that were not based on reason or actual experience?
again...You're kidding

Evidence?
Are you aware trans women were allowed in female spaces? If so, how do you suppose this happened? Do you think all of a sudden at once all business decided to allow this? Or do you suppose there was some type of legislation passed causing them to do this. If you believe this was caused by legislation, what legislation do you suppose caused this?

So bathrooms and locker rooms require genital inspections?
I don't know how many gyms you have been to lately, but if you are in excess of 6 foot 250 lbs, it is literally impossible for you to take a shower and dry off with the door closed. You have to step outside the shower to dry off, otherwise your towel will rub against the wet walls of the shower. If you are a biological male with male sex organs, and you are naked outside the shower with other biological females who are naked, this calls for an uncomfortable situation.

Does this occur often in gyms at a rate often enough to call for genital inspections before they use the locker room? How about other public bathrooms?

Lots of white people had problems with ending racial segregation, including having concerns about protecting women.
We said oh well and society is better off. It'll be better here too if we end this silly obsession and just let people pee (restrooms aren't even segregated in many countries and they don't have problems with it like transphobes here insist will happen).

Are you equating separating on the basis of sexes with the evils of racial segregation? Are these the same to you?

I would LOVE to see the discomfort on your face if you where in there if someone like her walks in.
I'm from Seattle; there has been plenty of times I've gone to public restrooms and what looks like a biological female walks out of the stall claiming to be a man. I simply take their word for it and continue with my business. No need for facial discomfort.

I begin to suspect that this thread isn't about getting
sincere questions answered. It might could possibly
be just another trans bash thread.
Yeah, RF is getting swamped with them lately. I'm leaning towards being done because I am growing tires of reading I (and others) am a "man pretending to be women."
