I can agree with almost everything there except college students. I have 2 and they are through evil and out the other side.

Not evil. A problem at best. And at times, the result of irresponsible decisions on the part of the person in question.

Depends on what drugs.

Not evil. A problem at best. And at times, again the result of irresponsible decisions or ill will.

Not evil

Mental Illnesses.

Not evil. A health problem. Health problems aren't evil. They are a fact of life. A problem to be dealt with.

Loneliness/people not caring About other people.

Not sure why you separate these two with a dash, as if they are the same thing.

Loneliness is a problem
Not caring about others I would agree is evil, although it might also depend who those "others" are
