Yeah, we had a couple if goats in the UK, great little lawnmowers and eaters of cardigan sleeves. But certainly not devilish

Gawd....the underlined text reminds me of the first
stage of a cold....the sore throat. I hate that.
But I skipped it this last winter because of Covid
mitigation measures. Woohoo!

Yes, it's good. I plan on trying it with some grilled BBQ burgers today. I thought it was just a different way of making cheese from cows never tried goat until I bought that.

Yes it works on burgers.

Also, not in season yet but my favourite salad is goats cheese and fig. Sounds crazy but they go together beautifully

No, feta is made from sheep's milk or a mixture of sheep's and goats milk
