Love Loves a Doubter

I suppose a doubter to be a better student of science, philosophy, of life in general.

Why? Because when a person questions something they are actually showing an interest in that something. Unlike those who simply accept it without question. Likely they don't even have an interest, or aren't inquisitive about the subject.

What say you?

A skeptic IMO would definitely make a better scientist but for Philosophy and life in general you just need to be a good observer and willing participant. Love requires faith not doubt.

I agree.

~C. S. Lewis
You need doubt to see through an enchantment, no?

yes. jesus said you could do all these things and more but lots of people become attached to the personality and forget about doing what Jesus said.

Jesus never once said, "Worship me."

He did say

[ True and False Disciples ] “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

flattering/glorifying Jesus doesn't seem to work for salvation

I believe those who have genuine and sincere curiosity about life not only contribute more, but also tend to get more out.

And, for those who don't understand the connection, curiosity is rooted in a desire to understand, which is rooted in questioning (or skepticism - colloquially, doubt).

But not his authority or you get hellfire.

actually the character often took questions, unlike those who wish to stand and preach but don't take question.

heaven and hell are states of mind. if the actor doesn't heed the warning of an experienced driver, then you're bound for trouble

Reference-source?

I'm sorry but you kind of worded that strangely.

Do you mean a reference or source from the bible about the idea that those who deny Yeshua's claims will go to hell?

If so these are a couple:

Revelation 21:8
But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”

2 Thessalonians 1:7-9

and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels. He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might

<...>
Let me clarify: I'm looking for references sources where Jesus said that those who question his authority get hellfire.
socratic questioning is considered healthy.

jesus, if he existed, said to ask, seek, knock.

question authority

But not his authority or you get hellfire.

rev 21:8 mentions two things in particular as to result: 1. lake of fire and 2. sulfur. Sulfur was attributed to soul. we are in fact bundles of energy.

both lake of fire and sulfur could represent the sun; which is where you see an angel standing in rev 19:21. The call is made to come and eat the flesh of souls.

rev 21:8 also mentions the 2nd death; which is not a problem for some who have overcome the first death. Revelation 2:11 and Revelation 20:6 speak of the 1st death.

how can you be tormented by the 2nd death if you have no corporeal sensation?

Sulfur was not attributed to the soul at that point in time as far as I know. If I remember correctly that came about in dark ages alchemy.

If your interpretation is correct that would be just another Bible contradiction.
