Can politician be sued for defamation while in office? All she has is anecdotes. Come back with some real evidence you freak!

And how many times that day was that machine used and how many other people reported this problem? Nah, this doesn't pass a smell test from the next state.

If it is a touch screen system and has small fields, it could register the wrong field if the touch screen calibration is not tuned to the person using it. They would be better off using mouse clicks rather than touch screens if they have a problem with incorrect field selection, or redesign the fields to be larger and further apart. At one of my old jobs, I would have to recalibrate the screen every time I logged on, as it would register the wrong fields if I didn't.

Personally, I would never use a touch screen system for voting. I would request a paper ballot.

Of course they are. They have to lie to excuse the fact that it looks as if Trump is going to lose Georgia badly. Historically early voters have been Democratic and the largest turnouts have been from counties that voted for Biden. What is important in an election is not only who people say that they plant to vote for, but how many actually go out and vote. If a very high percentage of Democrats vote and a small percentage of Republicans vote that can totally skew the polled results too.

EDIT: And I would not be surprised if Dominion goes after Greene. Freedom of speech does not include slander.

Well yes, but with apparently only one complaint, it still strikes me as probable operator failure and if they were unable to use the touch screen, then they would have alternate methods or could request assistance.

This is to be expected. MAGA will not accept Trump's loss. The level of violence that will happen is the big question since the expectation is that 2024 will be much worse than 2020.

The machines in Kansas are touchscreen. Once done it prints out a paper confirmation that the voter can validate. Once the voters validates it it's put into the counter. I have no idea what brand it is. But it is reliable.

Here we fill out paper ballots which are read by a machine. The paper is retained in case of a challenge. Personally I think that's a good system. But I will note back in the dark ages when we were all in the tall grass, I voted by pulling down levers and then heard a loud "ker-chunk" when I pulled the register the vote lever.

I've only had one voting experience where they had touch screens. It was when touch screen technology was new. I couldn't get it to register the selections I wanted or it would select a different field. I asked for help, and the poll worker watched me trying to vote, and watched them registering wrong selections or not registering anything at all. I had to have the poll worker vote for me. After that, I always requested an absentee ballot until our state went to all mail in voting.

I would trust this system more than a touch screen.
