My translation (and some pronunciation corrections, of which I am not sure):
Om mahā laxmi namo namah: Multiple salutations to Great Mother Lakshmi
Om vishnu prayāyi namo namah: Multiple salutations to the synonym* of Lord Vishnu
Om dhan pradāyī namo namah: Multiple salutations to the giver of wealth
Om vishwa jananānyī namo namah: Multiple salutations to the begetter of all people of the world
Btw, prayA means "start up" or "get running". PrayAyi (actually prayAyai) means "to Vishnu's start up". Well, some wives do get their husbands moving (I'd be sooo going to hell if there were a hell ).
Om. Let us meditate on the Great Goddess Sri Lakshmi, the consort of Sri Maha Vishnu. May that effulgent Maha Lakshmi Devi inspire and illuminate our mind with understanding
