Making a Deal With the Devil.

My sense of self.

1. The self is an amalgamated experience built from a myriad of sources: memories, learned behaviors, sensory information, biology, environmental factors, etc.

2. Something predetermined needs to be able to be shown as existing somehow before form it is experienced in.

Therefore, my sense of self is not predetermined by anything but me, as a collection of other things that may be predetermined.
Your sense of self was determined by an amalgamated experience
built from a myriad of sources: memories, learned behaviors,
sensory information, biology, environmental factors, etc.

All to which had to happen in order for you to acquire any self awareness of your own self.

You corrupt no one, but yourself. And your efforts are in vain, for none of them you think
you are corrupting are of any flock of Christ. And Lucifer is not Satan.

And the only thing you are going to get in the end, is the boot.
The boot? You think I care if Jehovah gives me the boot? That's actually quite impossible.
And, you said the Devil. Well, Satan isn't the Devil either because he's actually a very powerful and very obedient angel of your god and he has no free will.

The selfish, they're all standin' in line
Faithin' and hopin' to buy themselves time
Me, I figure, as each breath goes by
I only own my mind

The north is to south what the clock is to time
There's east and there's west and there's everywhere life
I know I was born and I know that I'll die
The in-between is mine
I am mine

Nothing of me is original. I am the combined efforts of everyone I've ever known.

But the sense of self (the experience of consciousness) is original and the result of all those myriad things that didn't originate before me.

Will the gentlemen devil honor his world? Will you partake in that last offered cup, or disappear into the potters ground?

You do not know my God. And you do not know Satan. And you do not know me.

Do you really expect a devil to honor their word?

And those 10 were at gods command

Who would you trust?
