If it was the angels that moved the rock, then Mary wouldn't have known that the body was missing until after they appeared, would she?

The rock was moved before they got there

And why does John say Mary ran to tell the disciples when Mark says they said nothing because they were afraid?

Because Mary ran to tell the disciples by herself, the others went into the tomb and the angels appeared to them.
Thats why Mary said someone took the body and nothing about angels appearing and saying he had risen

But Matthew 28:7 says it was the angel who told the women to go tell the disciples. And Mark says they didn't tell anyone because they were afraid.

We can keep this up if you like but there are so many inconsistencies between Matthew, Mark, Luke and John that you cannot produce a coherent story without ignoring parts of some or all of them. Not very reliable for the "word of God", is it?

God has written the Bible in such a way that those who are just looking to find fault will think theyve found it when theres no fault there.

Or it is just a collection of ancient stories written by men and you're reading far to much into it.
