Men In Black

I've totally been on a Men in Black kick during this last week. I was so happy when they made the third one a few years ago. Do you have a favorite one?

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
I never got to see the third film. Looks awesome. Been wanting to though.

For me, it's always hard to deny the original of just about any series.

Like the Bond 007 movies. My favorite is Roger Moore out of them all. but my heart still lies in the first film with Sean Connery.

MIB one for me.

Skanky Old Mongrel!
First one.
Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones....... Yeah.
My favorite scene is when Will Smith appears in his black suit and says, 'The difference between you and me? I make this look good!'.

First and Third are my favorites. I think they just ************** the second because the first was so popular.

The first was the one, then comes the third then the second, which seemed to me was made purely with profit in mind!

I also watched the animated series. Some episodes really gave me the laugh of a life time!

Yeah, I do watch too much cartoons (signature)!

The others weren't made with profit in mind?
Anyway, the first is the best.
I can forgive some in a series falling short, since making a great movie is a difficult
thing. If it were easy & predictable, everyone would be doing it. But instead it can be
hit & miss for the best of them. Even Stanley Kubrick & Alfred Hitchcock had clinkers.

Well, there are times when people need to improvise to just bring bread to the table!

For him, it was MiB 2!

I'm a consumer and judge products by their quality, not their producers!

But seriously, the First and the Third gave him enough credit to forget abut it!

How do you know they we financially desperate?

I'm only objecting to your glib pronouncement that they made the move strictly for money,
with no attempt for quality. That is a comment on the director, writer & producer.
I agree that it wasn't as good as the first or third, so this isn't in dispute.

If the craft of making a great movie were so forumulaic & obvious, we wouldn't ever
see a Jar Jar Binks, a Big Top Pee Wee, or George Clooney playing a nippled Batman.

I don't. The movie gives me the impression of that!

Objection denied, just kidding :D

I didn't pronounce that, what I pronounced was it "seemed to me was made purely with profit in mind"; emphasis on "seemed". That phrase meant that the movie had a reduced quality and I didn't like it in comparison with the other two for me, and apparently for you too!

I as a consumer evaluate the product, not the producer. If that was offensive to the director, I serenely apologies to him!

I agree :D

Actually, I don't understand what you said up there

Except for nipples maybe :D

Ehm, sorry, can't stay serious for long times!

He accepts your apology.
But he'll be watching you now.
