Mental images

While I was posting, for some reason the letter-icons next to threads caught my attention.

As usual for my hyperactive imagination, I got a vivid mental image of people of many different faiths wandering around a room with thousands and thousands of letters, some scribbled, some written neatly, some with wax seals in envelopes, some just laying about, many different colored pages, all being carefully opened, read, and either replaced where they previously sat or having a reply written to them.

I love when my brain comes up with things like that. You guys have any mental images you've gotten that you particularly enjoy?

One of my personal favorites is rather like Jewscouts', except that I have Nightcrawlers' prehensile tail.

The other (slightly more esoteric) one has been whenever I've worked with a group of people on something, like a workshop. The image was of myself as a huge, phoenix- sized butterfly, and that each facet of my wings were made up not of even each person that I'd met, but each interaction with all the people I've met. Without each moment, I wouldn't be able to fly.

It always moves me to think of that.
