Missing posts?

I just logged on and discovered all of my posts from yesterday are missing. I thought with the first one I noticed that perhaps I forgot to hit 'post'. But then I checked elsewhere and other posts I know went through are missing (I had seen reactions and I responded to someone's replyto one).

We seem to have lost a lot of material while the site was down. I don't know if it's coming back.

I'll likely repost some things but I'm going to wait to see if any of the material is restored or we get confirmation that it's lost.

For me it's just another example of impermanence if it is.

Gives another chance to revise the topics, or just do something else altogether.

I noticed that too. I had also changed the status of another poster in regards to my ignore list just yesterday and that reverted to its older status too. It looks as if the forum rebooted to a slightly older version, but not much older.

Matter of fact all new recent posts have disappeared from 3:39am until 8:37pm

Nope. When I'm online its mainly to read things and then pop in here when I take a break.

FYI, I was referring to his post below (posted a little over an hour ago) and not his other post where he mentioned FB.

The owners just informed us that they're migrating the site to a new server.

It's a pretty big deal tech wise, so there are probably going to be some hiccups.
