Well , do it then.
Back before SCOTUS reversed Roe I asked how many would take that to the logical conclusion - if abortion is murder then someone who gets an abortion is a criminal. It seems that my question has been answered. The logical next step is to stone such women like the Bible gives as punishment for blasphemy and the Taliban does.

If a Missouri woman has an abortion (murder according to the bills introduced) she could be liable to the death penalty in Missouri because Missouri can execute murderers.
I don't think that all women have the same rights to abortion.
There are women who were raped or that they have risky pregnancy. They have a sacred right to abortion.
But those women who are pregnant because they engaged in unprotected sex for months, have not the same right to abortion.
They are irresponsible and should change their lifestyle. By using contraceptives.
And by the way, prostitutes tend to be much more responsible and intellectually mature than monogamous married women.
Because prostitutes use contraceptives and don't get pregnant, expect rare cases.
Once a prostitute was interviewed on TV. She said she has never had abortions.

As an anti abortion advocate I think this is wrong. You charge the people that kill the life, not the mother.

I don't oppose it in the cases of rape and risky pregnancy.

The mother hired a contract assassin to kill the fetus .
Would she get a pass if she did so for an adult?

No legal ground, but what is the goal? To put mothers in prison or to stop abortions? If you charge the providers with murder it has the same effect, to stop abortions.

If I were the Government, I would suggest those women to have sterilization. Like tube ligation.

It appears that you argue that hiring a contract killer
is OK, but only in the case of mothers hiring one to
kill the fetus.
Why make the distinction between a fetus & an adult?
Is the fetus less entitled to the right to life?
