Most Suspenseful/Nonviolent Movie Scene?

There are plenty of movies that amp up their suspense by using gore and violence, but I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions for movie scenes with fist-clenching suspense without the blood spatter.

Here is one that comes to mind:


Who knew a flip of a coin could be so frightening?
