Thank you so much for your esteemed thoughts on the matter. :)

Oddly, it would not occur to me to second guess the richest human animal on the planet. Even I am not quite that arrogant. :)
Don't give yourself so little credit.
Being rich doesn't mean you're savvy. Especially not in this country. It's about as much part of the American myth as success comes from hard work.

Tesla got more money from corporate welfare checks than it ever made in profit. It's had what, one profitable year in its existence?

I'll have to add Elon Musk expert to your psych profile. :)

Don't take it from me. Check the numbers. Like I've got no problem if it's just not a subject that interests you. But that Elon has made objectively poor business decisions that have costed him multiple companies that went from undervalued to overvalued under his leadership is publicly available knowledge. But hero worship of populist rich figures (and FOMO) deters people from doing the research.

And this is hardly exclusive to Musk, he's just willing to sink businesses for profit *and* can't keep his mouth shut. Bezos may be an evil ******* but at least he has the good sense to not lose billions over social media posts.

Musk is an idiot. Terrible businessman like the former guy.
The common theme is "inherit massive amounts of money and squander it with idiocy"

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
I wouldn't know if Musk is a genius or not, but it is pretty darn conclusive that he is a brilliant businessman.
Most say his iq is around 155.

His behavior is said to be attributed to ketamine that he uses for depression.

Honestly I had to consult some Italian media to understand what the issue was about.
Seriously...guys...all the US media are incredibly vague and with an obsession with political correctness, that they do anything to make the reader confused.
:)

In my opinion, Musk is the victim here. I am not understanding what he did wrong.
If some good Samaritan explains to me, I would be grateful to them. ;)

Anyone can bring a lawsuit against anyone else here in the U.S. so, technically, Musk didn't do anything "wrong" by threatening to sue those who choose to alert others to the fact that his social media site does not moderate against neo-Nazi's hate speech and their organized, online efforts.

Advertisers are free to make their own decisions as to whom and what they want (or don't want) their brand to be associated with.

Musk isn't a "victim" -- he's just an underachiever being a crybaby over consequences that result from bad business decisions.

Additionally, Elon Musk isn't the first person to claim that Jews are somehow oppressing him. Nick Fuentes, an American far-right white supremacist whose fan group calls themselves "Groypers" (you can Google that for more information), has been making the same claim for years. Their growing and apparently welcome presence on Twitter has contributed to the alarming "136% increase in toxic comments, threats, and identity attacks in tweets pertaining to Jews on the platform" since Musk took over (quoted source). All of which has been documented as leading to physical attacks against Jews (and others).

If I could read a sample or one of those tweets, I would understand what we are talking about...and why Musk doesn't approve of such discourse. :)

Indeed.

All right. But he never said that. If he did, bring me the evidence.
He must have said some Jews are against the way he manages his company...and so on...
Some Jews is not all Jews ...so he can never be accused of anti-Semitism.

Also because in every religion there are good guys and bad guys...and usually the bad guys are a very small percentage, so they are irrelevant.

It's like I said The Vatican is corrupt. Am I saying that all Catholics, millions of Catholics from all over the world are bad people?
No, I am not.

So I would like to understand what Anti-Semitism is according to the ADL.
Thank you.

Honestly I have read worse thing about the Vatican dwellers.
But I have never seen any association trying to censor such claims...also because we are speaking of undetermined people, without mentioning any name.
:)

Here are a couple for you. There are others, much worse, but I'm afraid I may be violating this site's own rules against hate speech if I were to post them here.

All right. But he never said that. If he did, bring me the evidence.

Musk has accused the ADL of making false claims about his site, as well as "trying to kill this platform by falsely accusing it & me of being anti-Semitic" (direct quote attributed to Musk). Evidence indicates that Musk is the one who is making false claims.

He must have said some Jews are against the way he manages his company...and so on...
Some Jews is not all Jews ...so he can never be accused of anti-Semitism.

The evidence is not specific to "some Jews." The mission statement of the ADL is: "To stop the defamation of the Jewish people and to secure justice and fair treatment to all."

So I would like to understand what Anti-Semitism is according to the ADL.

Thank you.

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum has prepared a very short video so that you and others may have a better understanding of what antisemitism is.

Viewing this video will take up less than three minutes of your life. I know that there are those who don't care to watch posted videos but, if you are sincere in wanting to know what antisemitism is, as well as how to recognize it when it appears online, then you will watch the video.

colors your eyes with what's not there

The ADL didn't try to censor them. You're invited to provide evidence that it did.

Ah, thank you. I don't understand why the names are blurred. Twitter is a public platform. So you don't violate anyone's privacy by disclosing the user name. :)
These two are very, very bad. Indeed.

Musk is not an anti-Semite.

The evidence is not specific to "some Jews." The mission statement of the ADL is: "To stop the defamation of the Jewish people and to secure justice and fair treatment to all."
It depends. If the ADL means that all Jews are immaculate saints, with that statement, I cannot agree with them. I am sorry.
Also because the term Anti-Semitism is abused, these days. Many European politicians, great supporters of Israeli right-wing and Israeli nationalism, have been accused of Anti-Semitism. God knows why. Given that Israel is a country where Judaism can be considered the religion of the majority.

Interesting. I agree with that video. :)
