She is doing better. She is eating more. She has a lot of pain and is on some powerful medication to ease pain and treat the infection. She may not come home tomorrow but hopefully by Monday.

I am glad to hear she is doing better. Sorry to hear that she is still in a lot of pain.

Please tell her that I am looking forward to her saying some really "Scandalous" things about me soon, when she is feeling better.

Becky has had some complications with her knee and has developed an infection. She will be in the hospital until at least Saturday. Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts. :(

Speaking from experience, as my son was just in the hospital not too long ago, and not to diminish what she is going through at all, but I shall keep you in my thoughts as a mother. It is not easy to sit bedside and dote and worry and watch. You go through it with her and likely no one is looking after you like everyone is looking after her. So, mother to mother, And, of course, may she get to feeling better as soon as possible.

Hopefully, she'll be home tomorrow. We're waiting for test results about what the infection is. They think it is streptococcus, but they want to make sure. She's going to have to have a needle in her arm even after she comes home so we can administer the antibiotics to her. She's been eating more and more and can get up and walk with her crutches now. :)

hospital contracted infection are endemic in the world, they can be very deap seated after operations. It seems thay got to this one early enough, but expect recovery to be rather slow.
I hope the tests prove that they took the best action.

I hope and pray all goes well, and you can soon all settle down again.

Best of luck to both of you with that, Christine.

I hope that you are feeling better and that you are fully recovered soon. Are you feeling somewhat better each day?

It's best to stay if you are not quite ready to be released, even though that may feel disappointing.
