We're a fairly diverse bunch here. On the forums, we have regulars from all walks of life. We range in age, occupation, hobbies and interests, religious/irreligious views, education, and socioeconomic status. We all take time to post here, that we know... but what does the rest of the day look like for you?

I'm not talking about the exceptional days; the ones you pack a bunch of plans into, or the ones you take time off for. Just your average, every day routines. What does it look like for you?

No day is the same for me.

But I wake up around 05.00 in morning
Eat a bit, then trying to get a few hours of painting down.
If I have appointment i try to make them before noon, rest of the day plan for the next day, and get more hours of painting done.

And still manage to be on RF most of the day o_O

Wake up, check to see how many red blips I have on RF, use the potty, feed the animals (cats and dog). Make a pot of coffee or grab an energy drink. Smoke.

During the week I do school work or just vegetate until class. Then I come home and it's back to school work usually. Somewhere in here I'll take the dog out to the park for some exercise. Smoke. Post more on RF. Cook dinner. School/RF/Video gaming. Then bed.

My day involves wandering and tinkering.

I wake up typically late; 10-11am. Yudhi, the youngest wakes up shortly after, and once Yudhi wakes, I start pounding on LeeAnder's door to remove his bottom from his blankets and pillows... I muster up some energy, grab the nearest fork lift, and then start excavating Ares from bed... (this process can take over an hour).

Yudhi spends half the morning telling me what he wants to eat, and then rejecting it. Ares and LeeAnder prefer to scrounge up their own food in the morning(I've been teaching Ares to make microwave eggs, as its good for the lad to learn to cook basics).

The rest of the day is a flurry of zoom meetings for Ares's special education(he is homeschooled, but receives special ed supports), school lessons(which vary greatly in content), housework and kid care.... Mid day is our big meal, and I can spend several hours cooking.

I just kind of roam here and there throughout the house as needed; I leave the computer open on the table and sometimes check in RF as I pass by(you guys are my coworkers, in a sense), and if the kids are occupied, sometimes I'll grab a book.

But basically, wander here, tinker with this, wander here, tinker with that...

Would you name a few study bibles that you have in your posession? Do you think the MacArthur Study Bible is good? I have that in my wishlist.
I don't know; I'm focusing on Catholicism. I have the Didache Bible and the Ancient Faith study Bible.

Walk the dog.
Hopefully it will be a nice day and I can motivate myself to go for a drive and take some photos.
At some point do 20 minutes of Tai Chi for seniors.
I need to clean the pool filter but don't know if I'll get around to it.
Walk the dog again after dinner.
That's about it unless you count mope about feeling sorry for myself because my wife is overseas at the moment.

Wow! You have a pool?

I'm sorry your wife is away. That sounds lonely...

The pool is not nearly as glamorous as it sounds, I've used it twice in the 3 years since we got it, it's just a lot of work keeping the stupid thing clean.

After 2 months it's getting lonely and still a month or 2 before she'll be back then I can complain about her annoying me.

When I saw the thread title that said "My Day," I thought it might mean you would get your own day. Something like @JustGeorge Day, where there'd be parades and fireworks displays in cities across the country.

But it's not about that at all.

As for the rest of my day, since I'm not going to be running wild in the park celebrating @JustGeorge Day, I guess I'll take a nap.

Woke up, fell out of bed
Dragged a comb across my head...

Usually around 5:30, wash, dress, feed the cats, feed myself and down my first coffee.
Weekdays wake the children, sort them out for school. Send them on their way then start chores, including waking hubby.
Weekends, start chores, including waking hubby.

2 or 3 days a week we leave home around 8:00 for different reasons, medical, shopping, visiting, walking, touring. And return between 11:00 and 14:00.
Other days drink second coffee and do some extra housework, changing bed sheets, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms etc

Winter, light the fire and make and eat lunch.
Summer, make lunch and eat on the veranda.

Prepare dinner.
Relax with tea (green or black) and spend a little time on RF until the children land.

Enjoy dinner.
Help with homework if required

Time with the children.
Time with RF and hubby

Bed around 22:00

After hubby starts snoring its more RF until whatever time i get tired, been 23 something and 01: something.

Sleep
