Color healing, you say... thanks. I'm beginning to place more faith in traditional forms of healing and medicine (ayurveda, even Chinese traditional medicine though acupuncture does little or nothing for me). Our physiotherapist/chiropractor is one for holistic and traditional treatments, though he is fully in favor of western medicine when indicated. He is treating my partner with mud therapy focusing on the ajna and manipuraka chakras, which he knows them as also, though in his practice they are called energy connection points. It seems to be helping.

I am a Hindu, and yes I was born in America. I have relatives in multiple countries, United States, Canada, UK, Australia, India and even Sweden. I have typical American interests, but one thing to remember about Americans is that they are very much like others in the world - the number one loyalty (outside of Devas and Devi) is family.

Due to this loyalty I am sort of a "citizen of the world".

So everything is a generalization, but I have a vrry strong sense that the American people will support India if attacked, and especially so if the attackers are Islamists. Most Americans take no cotton (e.g. they don't like) to jihadis.

COLOR THERAPY - this would be an interesting thread, can someone take it up in the context of Hinduism?

Sorry for getting offsubject, but other replies lit my candle.
