Pretty. Ganesha looks like he's giving you a thumbs up i like it!

I thought your parents didn't know you were a Hindu, how do you get there without them knowing?

I think they know I go to it on occasion, but they have no idea I practice Dharma. They think I go as a means to be curious or weird (probably having to do with my autistic tendencies). Also, I live with my boyfriend, so there are many things they don't know about. :D

I have always wanted to go to the two in Atlanta that are side by side, instead of in one building, so yeah, maybe me too one day.

Yes, it could be Sri Balaji (Sri Venkateshwara) or Sri Satyanarayana Swami. My temple has both (why, is a mystery to me) and they are similar in appearance.

It is indeed beautiful. I would love to visit a temple like that. That is the sort of temple I could feel very at home and non-overwhelmed at.

The deity the temple is dedicated to; and occupying the largest and central sanctum. I don't know the word moolasthanam, but if it is the same as sanctum then yes.

You never know with some of these Smarta temples these days. They name them one thing or 'nuther, and then when you get inside it's entirely something different. Yes moolasthanam is central sanctum, garbagriya, sanctum sanctorum, holiest of holies, etc.
