I cant raise it above a certain level without squeaking which is amusing as I work at a daycare and often have to shout to get kids to come inside.

Is yours a typical North Carolina accent? I like it! You also seem to be adjusting well to being on the testosterone? Was the squeaking a surprise?

It's a slight southern accent. I know some North Carolinans whose accent is much much thicker and it can be quite impressive. The squeaking was expected not a surprise at all but pretty funny.
