Hi everyone, I'm Bhava (my chosen Hindu name) and I'm new here! I'm a Hindu, raised Roman Catholic and attending Catholic school in the US, but I like to incorporate Pagan and Buddhist elements into my spirituality. I'm also very interested in Judaism. I'm looking forward to this site!

I can see why you didn't want the name Sambo anymore. It could by confusion raise painful issues still swirling around the antebellum American South, and in places I've lived the word cannot be uttered without breach. I wanted to be Hatshepsut, an Egyptian king, but the computer wouldn't let me.
