I just saw National Treasure last night...i thought it was a pretty good movie...when they found the scrolls for the Library of Alexandria...i couldn't decide if i wanted to cry or be sexually turned on!
could you imagine finding those scrolls!! screw the precious metals give me the scrolls, some latex gloves and someone who can read greek and latin!

being a history nerd rules!!

I just watched that the other night. I thought it was pretty good, too. I'll probably watch it again soon, so I can pick up some more of the details.

I just saw it last night too.

My wife and I thought it was a pretty good flick, but I was wondering.
Wouldn't lemon juice on 200 year old animal skin be pretty damaging? I mean it is very acidic.
And I believe the majority of the templars fortune was appropriated by the French monarchy.
Still a great movie though!
