I am working on a project, and I am doing a lot of copy paste, that's not the problem. The problem is for each page that I copy paste there are (just for example) 13 items that need to be edited.
Each item has a number, you can see it as an inventory number to help you get an idea. The documents are 100s of pages long. There are some numbers that repeat many times I need a search engine that will bring out those options only. Microsoft Word only highlights it, but not enough still takes long. Any ideas?

I suggest you find a computer programmer from your community. It doesn't sound like a difficult program to write.
When I was a teacher (of computer studies and languages), I had quite a few JW students who were all brilliant programmers. I put this down to their self discipline learnt from their Bible studies.

How about Microsoft Access?

Access or maybe even Excel. Excel has some simple filtering features, and the ability to write "formulas" to examine and act on information. You'd do the same sorts of things in Access and with querying, but Excel's probably a lot easier for a beginning to intermediate user of those software packages.
