Dont know. Think I learned as much as I would know the first year. You'll fine a lot of good talks in DIRs and interfaith to an extent.
On here? I like to...um. thats a touch question. I lost my point long time ago. Left with the wind.
I like the once in a blue moon good talks about the core meanings of christianity beyond the scripture and peer supported experiences. I learned about the bahai faith. Some hindu personalities but not their religions. Pagans are their own bunch, I found. "Atheist" of all variations (myself excluded, of course) seem to be the most debaters.

You're supposed to hang around the religion section, then let people rile you up, then get alot of notifications about Harassment and Bullying when you tell them all off brutally. I mean, isn't that how forums work?

This board is lively, but the subjects are worn and thread-bare usually. The same old topics keep reappearing. At least with regard to religion and politics.
Posters are for the most part pointed but respectful. Moderation is very loose, which is both good and bad at the same time.
I tend to lurk in the religions area (I'm a masochist, I guess).
Glad to have a new member. Hope you brought your asbestos underwear with you!

Well to touch on a couple of questions I got - I am a believer in Jesus.
I enjoy talks about this stuff because there is endless material.
I like finding connections one might not see with scriptures.
I like being able to have my faith confronted and present a good argument for the truth regardless if it is ignored. It helps me remember why I have faith at all.

So, let me invite you to talk with me about what is a religion, for this forum is called Religious Forums, wherefore it behooves us to talk about what is a religion.
What so you say about my idea of what is a religion, here as follows below.
“A religion is the worship of a superior being, like with the Christian religion, the superior beings are God and Jesus Christ, with the idea of getting favors from the superior being.”
Does that make sense for you, my idea of what is a religion?
