I have abondoned my belief about existence being possible because of one man. I realize this is delusional thought. Even though I believed it for a while, I think I will be better off without it, and my mental well-being will be healthier. I have lied before about abandoning this belief but this time it’s true. I have gone back to being a follower of Christ.

Part of why I suspend judgement on others is because at the end of the day, what matters is the impact a belief/practice has on your life and those around you. If someone wants to believe aliens are visiting planet earth and abducting humans for experiments, cool. If someone wants to believe the planet is only six-thousand years old, cool. If someone wants to believe that all reality reduces down to matter and physical substances, cool. Whatever. How does that impact your life, in real terms? That's what matters to me.

Mind your stories: the ones you listen to, the ones you tell yourself, and the ones you tell others. These narratives have consequences and it's a good idea to ensure they are a positive force in the world for you and others.

It’s probably a good idea to stay away from unhealthy delusional beliefs.

Perhaps it's time to address the reasons that you keep playing this game in your head in the first place.

Well, i’m not really playing games. I’ve believed the same thing for the past 15 years. About a year ago on here I fibbed just to see what people would say and I’ve admitted that. So to say that I keep playing games is a bit much. But yeah, I’m sincere about getting back to my Christian faith. Thanks
