Did you know you can sue anyone for anything? I can sue someone because I want them to change their name.

Attorneys only take cases they "know" they have a chance of winning. Since the AG and group are paid whether they win or lose. they can start all kinds of things to promote an agenda.

Again, a wait and see. Maybe they'll get a judge that hates Trump as well.

Cute but sense the suit is also for his son and daughter they can be arrested. Sense He is being investigated he can still be recommended for impeachment without an indictment.

There will be lots of attorneys going back and forth, lots of back room meetings, plenty of appeals, and no resolution.
As George Carlin was fond of saying, "The trouble with normal is that it just keeps getting worse".

The charges should be of no surprise since Trump was fined twice in 2016, once for illegal use of campaign funds and the second for his Trump University fiasco. Just standard procedure for him and his.

It’s civil complaint against the foundation but NY also referred the information to federal authorities whom have a right to extend the allegations for criminal charges. All the kids are possibly in trouble as well as they are all board members of the Trump foundation.
