Are you saying you are incapable of imagination?

Not really, because most people capable of thought are also capable of imagination.

I have no inner picture or movie if you like. Ask me to see a cat in my mind's eye and I will answer that I can't.
So what you claimed is not universal and thus it is irrelevant, meaningless and not helpful.

Yes, anyone who has paid any attention what so ever to this thread knows that is your unsupported mantra.
We're still awaiting non-circular definitions for gender and gender identity...

It does not talk about "thousands" of such surgeries on minors.
It says 48,000 people had surgeries and 7% were under 18. That's over 3,000 surgeries on minors. And BTW, the article I cited was in favor of GAC, calling it "evidence based" (which appears to be a difficult claim to defend).

Fair enough; I can accept your mental outlook can have an effect on your physical body. But this does not dismiss the claim I made on post #271, that when you divorce gender from biology, gender becomes meaningless as a description.
and yet it is being used as a description

If nothing else, it would appear that we're not being given accurate information, because this link talks about thousands of such surgeries:

https://www.cnn.com/2023/08/23/health/gender-affirming-surgery-study/index.html
lets talk about accurate information. I referenced a 2023 study about gender affirming surgeries in minors. you cited a news report about a much older study not focused on minors and titled National Estimates of Gender-Affirming Surgery in the US (EMP mine)

the author's of the study you are talking about said that because of coding systems they could not identify just what surgeries were performed. They had to rely on the broad medical coding for cosmetic surgery as a whole that were received by individuals identified as transgender. This woudl include procedures for acne scaring reduction among other things.

Pink is for girls and blue is for boys. That is gender and that is so far removed from biology that pink was nearly the color for boys. But it's not meaningless. That history and culture, and culture includes many gendered norms that don't revolve around biology in anyway.

citation?
Ref. Temporal Trends in Gender Affirmation Surgery Among Transgender and Non-Binary Minors by Bashar Hassan, Ferris Zeitouni, Mona Ascha, Renata Sanders, and Fan Liang.
The part after Ref if you put it into google will take you to the paper,
Just so you know.
