I'm not even sure if some of the listed are in union with Rome and therefore not even Catholic in the sense that most people think of it.

As for the differences, most of them are cultural and liturgical differences. That is as vague as I can get without looking into the details of each one.

On a quick glance these communities, most of them at least if not all, are Roman, in that we acknowledge the authority of the See of Rome, though not Latin. Same in substance different in form... as Victor noted differences in culture and liturgy, not in faith...

Looking through the names of these groups, I am glad you seperated them from the above ones... I see several schismatic/heretical groups, and really looking at the names I would be fairly confident that all of them are so...

True Catholic Church split when they wouldn't accept Vatican II, I believe some of the others are the same, they declared all Popes afterwards anti-Popes and the See of Rome in Rome has become illegitimate to them...

The Chinese Patriotic is the government sponsored catholic community, they, the government, have tried to supercede the authority of Rome with the authority of the State, last I remember all priests/bishops have been excommunicated...

Normally this is true. The names give them away. However, I have been wrong......and now hesitate to even say it is or not because of that.

I've actually stepped into a church that looked, smelled, and felt catholic. It even said "St. Mary the Immaculate Catholic Church" in from of the building. Even some of the members thought it was catholic. Apparently, two rogue priest were unwilling to move out and made the parish theirs. I actually called the diocese and they informed me that it was indeed schismatic and that the Bishop had already taken action with law enforcement to get them out.
