Here is the problem. Immunity is not exactly the same thing as authority. Close but not quite. And it is a difference that only matters to people who have integrity.
I believe Biden has integrity, but even more to the point I believe Biden has appointed people with integrity to his staff and to his cabinet. Even if Biden were to give an illegal order (and it would still be illegal even if Biden were immune from prosecution) he would still need someone to carry out that order. And I believe the people that Biden would need to carry out that order would refuse.
Trump on the other hand does not have integrity, and he has a plan to make sure that he is surrounded by people who have even less integrity than he does who will carry out any order no matter how illegal. (project 2025).

I understood your demonstration of your faith in biden.
So ethical that he defies even the Supreme Court--and the Constitution that he violated and the SCOTUS called him out on it.
Perhaps he thinks he's above the law, and the Constitution itself.
