Hindu mythology

The images of Vāmana usually show him already grown to giant size, one foot firmly planted on earth and the other lifted as if to take a stride. If shown small in stature the sculptures may depict him as a deformed dwarf, or as a brahmachari (monastic student), dressed in the deer skin, loin cloth, and sacred thread, and with the tufted hair of the student.

I know that if you have a virus such as HIV, that the doctor who diagnoses you has to report you to the CDC (Center of Disease Control) of which they keep a permanent record of; That could be one way. I'm not sure how they do it outside of the US though.

Regardless, I'm glad this was reversed. I had no idea that we had such a silly thing being enforced.

Wow, what a rights violation that was. I could understand it better if it had been put in place in the very early '80s when very little at all was known about AIDS, but Clinton signed the law. Yikes.

Man, between gay marriage, the lift on stem cell research and the lift on HIV infected visitors, republicans must hate obama. lol.

I used to work with a guy who was HIV pos. I haven't seen him in a few years. He did miss a lot of work due to illness, but nobody treated him any differently due to his disease (a lot of people didn't like him just cuz he really was annoying in a lot of ways, but nobody would refuse to let him sit at the lunch table).

I thought the law was put in place back in '87(?).
As much as I am loathe to acknowledge it, it was actually last year that George W. Bush signed the law which repealed the ban. It was the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services that were dragging their feet though and Obama is following through on the final process to repeal the ban.

Because such a weapon, while truly terror-inspiring, is just too damn impractical. Let's look at the two good ways to spread the infection: Blood or sexual contact. Can you think of any reasonable way to infecting a significant portion of the population with either that wouldn't just be easier to explode at?

As for lifting the ban, bout time.

Just hypothetically speaking.
Can a young good looking terrorist have sex with young girls and spread HIV? specially those who has several partners and frequently change partners.
Before any detection, will it not spread over a wide area?
Just THOUGHTS, still.
