Observer-Participatory Universe and Einstein's Dilemma

The Observer-Participatory Universe - of John Wheeler fame - makes a most radical proposal.

It raises the question of mind being more real than matter. The realness of both are mutually exclusive.

For it makes the argument that if mind is an illusion, then we cannot know what matter is. On the flip side, if matter is the illusion, then it would restore reality to the mind. Information, as it equates to mind, would thus become more real than the surrounding matter, which overwhelms us with meaninglessness. Where God would reside outside of matter, space and time.

This is similar but more esoteric way to explain, why I explain physics in terms of space-time and separated space and separated time. Matter exists in space-time, where space and time are tethered like two people in a three legged race. This sets coordination limits called the laws of physics. While mind is more connected to separated space and separated time, with separated space and time more complex, with the lack of tethered, allowing more capability and freedom. If you could move in space independent of time, you could be omnipresent, which brings us to a classic attribute of God.

The illusion of matter is evident in science, in the sense, science has not reached steady state, and what we believe today may be updated in the future, thereby making matter; as we now know it, today, a partial illusion. Fuzzy dice science also smell more like virtual than tangible reality. While separated space and time, can exist within or outside space-time reality; fact and fiction, tangible and virtual. Fiction is still in science, due to uncalibrated consciousness, or else we could stop doing science, and rest on our laurels; all done.

This topic is also connected to my other observation, which is the human brain has two centers of consciousness; inner self and ego. The inner self is older and is what all animals have. It evolved along with life, from basic matter and is connected to the DNA. The inner self is a real as the real matter it evolved from. You cannot fabricate it out of fake or virtual matter. Rather, through the evolution of chemicals, this expression was the cherry on top. It has root in material reality; laws of physical chemistry.

The ego, on the other hand, is not so pure, but rather is more of product of culture; blend of fact and fiction from the super ego of culture. Fake news is part of the superego. The may not be the best way to find the reality of matter, since both fact and fiction can enter the equation; science, politics and money. This brings us back to the inner self, since it know matter the best, since matter were its parents. The inner self may be needed to get past the fiction of the superego and ego. It is the inner voice and spirit of truth to help find the reality of matter.

Dr. Carl Jung—one of history’s greatest minds—argues that civilization’s future depends on our ability as individuals to resist the collective forces of society. Only by gaining an awareness and understanding of one’s unconscious mind and true, inner nature—“the undiscovered self”—can we as individuals acquire the self-knowledge that is antithetical to ideological fanaticism. But this requires that we face our fear of the duality of the human psyche—the existence of good and the capacity for evil in every individual.

Jung compellingly argues that only then can we begin to cope with the dangers posed by mass society—“the sum total of individuals”—and resist the potential threats posed by those in power.

The ego tends to mob up and leaders try to lead us toward mass mindedness; Russian Collusion Coup. People will accept anything if the herd moves and gets threatening. It is the inner self that allows one to stand apart, as a natural extension of matter and nature, and allows natural light in the smoky haze. This state of inner consciousness can make matter real again because it is real.
